Crush wound with soft tissue necrosis
Before Novoskin
— Treatment with standard ointments and antiseptic dressings without positive dynamics for 2.5 months
— Areas of necrosis and fibrinous coating
— Pain, risk of infection
— Slow granulation formation; prolonged rehabilitation anticipated
Treatment stages
Primary surgical treatment was performed: nonviable tissue was removed, the wound was debrided, and hemostasis was achieved. Novoskin dressing was applied to the cleaned wound bed. Eight dressing changes at 10–12-day intervals. After the first change, active wound cleansing and healthy granulation were noted.

Novoskin performed excellently on a complex crush wound with deep necrosis. Even without skin grafting, full restoration of the skin cover and tissue elasticity was achieved.
