Diabetic foot syndrome
Before Novoskin
— chronic non-healing wound of the first toe of the right foot, necrosis, pain; — no signs of healing after standard treatment; — endovascular intervention performed, stent placed.
Treatment stages
Necrectomy was performed; eschar and nonviable tissue were removed, and the distal phalanx was partially resected (sequestrum). Novoskin wound dressing was applied to the prepared granulating surface. Dressing changes every 18–20 days, three procedures in total. Collagen therapy was included in the regimen; epithelialization was completed.

Review
Понина Анастасия Александровна
A major advantage of Novoskin is the speed of marginal epithelialization. In diabetic ulcers this is uncommon. New tissue was already visible by day 10—for us that was truly remarkable.
