Treatment stages
Necrectomy with removal of necrotic tissue, wound debridement and hemostasis were performed. Novoskin dressing was applied to the prepared granulating surface.
Dressing changes every 6–10 days, 15 procedures in total. Outpatient management without complications or signs of infection.

Novoskin made it possible to avoid skin grafting. After necrosis was removed, the wound cleared and was rapidly covered with new tissue—healing proceeded without a coarse scar. An excellent outcome for a deep burn.
