Treatment stages

Necrectomy with removal of necrotic tissue, wound debridement and hemostasis were performed. Novoskin dressing was applied to the prepared granulating surface. Dressing changes every 6–10 days, 15 procedures in total. Outpatient management without complications or signs of infection.
