Before Novoskin

— Pain, hyperemia, blister formation and areas of superficial necrosis — Hospital admission 48 hours after the burn — Before Novoskin therapy, standard antiseptic dressings were used

Treatment stages

Burn surface was debrided, blisters were opened, and necrotic tissue was removed. Novoskin dressing was applied to the granulating surface on day 2 after admission. Two dressing changes were performed—on days 1 and 9 of treatment.
