Treatment stages
Wound surface was debrided and mechanically cleaned. Novoskin dressing was applied to the granulating surface, followed by subsequent dressing changes.
Fifteen dressing changes over 3 months. Treatment was outpatient under surgical supervision. Dressings were well tolerated, without pain or inflammation.
